PVPA has instituted several ways to share information with our PVPA community. Earlier this spring we introduced Constant Contact to our communication toolbox. Constant Contact allows PVPA to send important school related announcements and notices directly to your email inbox. These include our weekly notice — Friday Notes, special announcements, performance notices and, in the future, periodic newsletters.

Another way to foster a broader communication between PVPA community members is through the ListServe, PVPAnetwork. This is a non-moderated ListServe hosted by Yahoo! Groups. Its purpose is to act as an electronic bulletin board. If you need to form a carpool, get a ride to a rehearsal, schedule a group meeting, ask for volunteers, or remind folks about a performance then this would be the place! Once you’ve joined the PVPAnetwork group, just send your announcement/message via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and your message will be sent to every member on the ListServe. PVPAnetwork will appear in the subject line in your inbox so you will know you are receiving a message from the group. 

This is not a discussion board and should not be used for jokes, pass-around emails, attachments or offensive messages. Always include your name in your message and please remember to use the reply button responsibly. The list administrator can terminate any user who does not abide by these guidelines.
