We will use this space for any special announcements for parents, like providing info about Open House, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Student-Led Conferences and course scheduling. At other times, this page will probably be fairly short. This way, if you come to the parent's page and don't see much, then you'll know there's nothing really important coming up in the near future!
All of the other information that you'll need can be found on one of the pages linked in the 'Parents Menu' to the left (or at the top on a cell phone). The 'Docs/Forms' section is the primary place to go looking for important documents, manuals, guides, and forms.
Also, if you haven't already seen it, please check the web pages for our new 'Office of School Culture' led by Leigh-Ellen, our Dean of School Culture! It can be found in the 'Departments' section of the site. That's where you'll find most everything else that isn't in the 'Parents' section, including our Health Services pages.
We know that everyone needs time to get used to the new site, but we hope that you all find it easier to navigate (especially on mobile devices) as well as easier on the eyes! If you have feedback or suggestions, please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To access the PowerSchool portal, please use the link on the 'Parents Menu' at the left (above on a cell phone). Please do not try to use the PowerSchool app that is available in the Apple Store and on Google Play. Our grading system is non-traditional, and the app just doesn't work well for our purposes, so we've disabled almost all the features. You'll need to log into the portal using a web browser (preferably Firefox or Chrome.)
