Enrollment & Communications Coordinator

PVPA has an opportunity for a dynamic Enrollment and Communications Coordinator for the 2019-2020 school year. We are looking for a motivated and energetic staff person who enjoys working with students in grades 7-12 and their families to guide the enrollment process and be a pathway for communications.


  • Manage creation of enrollment materials
  • Design and place lottery advertising
  • Schedule and coordinate with Administration mandatory meetings and open informational meetings
  • Prepare enrollment applications and organize final applications prior to lottery
  • Manage lottery and organizing of wait list
  • Notify applicants of acceptance or waiting list position
  • Prepare and submit state Pre-Enrollment Report and Wait List Reports by stated deadline
  • Prepare administrative materials for intake packets and administer placement tests
  • Process incoming students’ records and files
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians, administrators, faculty and staff
  • Liaison with Student and Family Parent Engagement Coordinator to provide seamless support to incoming families
  • Maintain PVPA’s Facebook page, Instagram account, Twitter account and webpage keeping them regularly updated with information, photos, videos
  • Manage PVPA Carpool Spreadsheet
  • Organize and host Accepted Student Day Sessions
  • Follow enrollment policy and keep PVPA in alignment of DESE regulations and info (like near-cap status)


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience working in admissions or enrollment management
  • Experience with social media advertising and communication including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Experience managing and updating web pages
